New Data Available!
Explore ImmPort latest data release.


ImmPort's latest data release contains over 5,000 measurements across 32 studies. Data types include ELISA, RNA sequencing, and more. Multiple research areas are included, such as COVID-19, organ transplant, preterm birth, and clinical trials data. As a reminder, all ImmPort datasets are freely available upon registration and can be queried and downloaded using either a web browser or API.

New ImmPort Data Management and Sharing Plan Resources
In response to the new NIH Data Management Sharing Policy, ImmPort has developed a Data Management and Sharing Plan (DMSP) page with resources to assist researchers who plan to share their data through ImmPort. This new page includes guidance for creating an ImmPort DMSP and links to enhanced Data Submission documentation, as well as additional resources such as ImmPort DMSP webinar recordings.

Selecting ImmPort for Open-access Immunological Data Sharing: Tools and Resources for Data Management and Sharing Plan Creation

The NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy, effective January 25, 2023, requires creation of a Data Management and Sharing Plan for research proposals that generate scientific data. During this one hour webinar, learn about new ImmPort resources for Data Management and Sharing.  Additionally, Maria Praetzellis from California Digital Library will discuss a free open source online application for Data Management and Sharing Plan creation, DMPTool.org.

Maria is the Product Manager for California Digital Library’s research data management initiatives, including the DMPTool, an open-source platform for creating Data Management Plans utilized by over 370 partner institutions around the world. Maria works with data librarians, grant administrators, and funders to develop new systems using machine-actionable DMPs to track research projects throughout the lifecycle of a project. Prior to CDL, Maria was a Program Manager in the Web Archiving and Data Services group at the Internet Archive.

As of January 05, 2023, ImmPort now employs Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) on the Private Data Management Portal for enhanced security. Learn more about MFA and Private Data here. Please note, MFA does not apply to the Shared Data Download Portal.
