New Features and Resources Now Available
Shopping is even better when it's free. Browse studies with ImmPort's Cohort Discovery Search, select datasets of interest, and fill your cart with free data. The new cart feature allows for quick and easy download of multiple datasets with the click of a button.

Have data to upload and need an ImmPort Accession ID ASAP to insert in your manuscript? Try the new self-serve Study Registration Wizard and then drop us your comments via the embedded feedback button within the wizard.

And lastly, please make note of a recent change to the ImmPort API access endpoint. To make the ImmPort access token compliant with OpenID, the label in the token endpoint was changed from token to access_token. If you are using Python, shell scripts etc. they will need to be adjusted to now look for access_token.

We'd like to thank the FOCiS meeting organizers, workshop participants, workshop chair Sanchita Bhattacharya, and speakers/facilitators Atul Butte, Zicheng Hu, Tomiko Oskotsky, Slim Fourati, Oliver He, Prabhu Arunachalam, Henry Schaefer, Kate Hypes, and Zullinel Trilla for a fantastic session!
Dataworks! Challenge

The Federation of American Societies of Experimental Biology (FASEBorg) and the National Institute of Health (NIH) DataWorks! Challenge is in full effect. This is a great challenge to follow along.

There is also an opportunity to be an evaluator for the DataWorks! Prize. For details on registering as an evaluator, click here.

Microbiome DREAM Challenge

The ability to accurately predict which women are at a higher risk for preterm birth would help healthcare providers to treat in a timely manner those at higher risk of delivering preterm.

Take the opportunity to learn more about this challenge and the value it brings to the research and data sharing community. For details and registration, click here.
