Data Release - New ImmPort Data has Arrived!
|
|
ImmPort's latestest data releases contain a wealth of new data, over 18,000 measurements across 15 studies. Research focus areas include COVID-19, influenza, malaria, diseases of the central nervous system, preterm birth, clinical trials data and more.
|
|
To view all studies associated with these releases, see the Data Release 40 and Data Release 39 notes. Also, all ImmPort datasets are freely available upon registration and can be queried and downloaded using either a web browser or RESTful APIs.

Featured Publication: Opportunities and Challenges in Democratizing Immunology Datasets

|
The study of immunology has rapidly become a data-rich field. With the aid of high-throughput technologies and large-scale studies, high-quality data is abundant. Recently published in Frontiers in Immunology, Opportunities and Challenges in Democratizing Immunology Datasets discusses topics such as harnessing large-scale immunology datasets, the benefits of democratizing immunology resources, and reuse of shared immunological data.

FOCiS 2021: Big Data in Immunology Workshop

On June 8th, ImmPort team members hosted a workshop entitled Big Data in Immunology, which included a panel discussion and hands-on training, for the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCiS) annual meeting. We'd like to thank the FOCiS meeting organizers, workshop participants, workshop chair Sanchita Bhattacharya, and speakers/facilitators Atul Butte, John Campbell, Lindsay Cowell, Zicheng Hu, Steven Kleinstein, Tim Mosmann, and Henry Schaefer for a fantastic session!
