ImmPort & the Cancer Genomics Cloud Project
Rheumatology Data for Cancer Analysis
Cross-discipline collaboration can be a powerful tool for new discovery. ImmPort recently collaborated with the Seven Bridges Cancer Genomics Cloud (CGC) project to deploy a Jupyter notebook and detailed tutorial that demonstrates how to find and integrate multiple rheumatology datasets from ImmPort with CGC resources. Users can find the notebook by accessing the Public Projects section on the CGC portal, and selecting the project entitled "Rheumatology Data for Cancer Analysis from ImmPort". CGC portal login is required before accessing Public Projects.
