Example Packages

These are complete, filled-in upload packages. Use them to see exactly how a real submission is laid out: column order, how files refer to each other by user-defined ID, and how multi-value fields look when filled in.

Base study packages

Load a base package first. The add-on packages below refer to the subjects and arms it defines.

Package What's inside
example_human_study_package.zip A complete human study: study design, protocols, human subjects and more
example_animal_study_package.zip A complete animal study, using subjectAnimals instead of subjectHumans
example_human_study_json_package.zip Human study templates written as JSON instead of text

Add-on packages

Each one adds data to a base study that's already loaded. This is the pattern to follow when you upload assay data in several passes.

Package Adds Base study
example_adverseEvents_human_study.zip Adverse events Human
example_assessments_human_study.zip Assessments Human
example_interventions_human_study.zip Interventions Human
example_lab_tests_human_study.zip Lab tests Human
example_HAI_results_human_study.zip HAI Human
example_HLA_Typing_human_study.zip HLA typing Human
example_MBAA_human_study.zip MBAA Human
example_ELISA_results_animal_study.zip ELISA Animal
example_ELISPOT_results_animal_study.zip ELISPOT Animal
example_Flow_Cytometry_results_animal_study.zip Flow cytometry Animal

Tips

  • Load order matters. An add-on package loaded before its base study fails with reference errors.
  • Compare header rows. If you generate templates with code, diff your header row against the matching example file before you upload.
  • The current template wins. The ImmPort team updates these packages for new template versions, but there can be a delay. If an example disagrees with a template's field documentation, follow the field documentation.
