Template Finder

Tell us about your study and get a checklist of the templates to upload, in order, with download links. Your answers stay in your browser and aren't saved or sent anywhere.

What the checklist means

  • Each step is one upload package (a .zip). You can combine consecutive steps into a single package, because ImmPort processes the templates inside a package in dependency order.
  • Items marked Only if are needed only when that condition applies to your data.
  • Protocols: the experiment samples templates refer to protocols. If you registered with the wizard, your protocols are already in ImmPort. Otherwise include protocols in your first package.
  • Your own files (raw instrument files, results files, protocol documents) go in the same .zip as the template that names them (rule R-23).

Share a checklist: answers can be preset in the page address, for example template-finder/?subjects=animal&clinical=labtests&assay=elisa,hla. The keys are register (template, srw, done), subjects (human, animal, done, none), clinical and assay; the values for clinical and assay are the template and assay IDs in submission-data.json.

When the package is ready, validate and upload it.
