ImmPort Documentation

ImmPort (Immunology Database and Analysis Portal) is a long-term, sustainable data repository and analysis platform for immunology research, developed under the ImmPort Contract by Peraton for the NIH/NIAID Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Transplantation (DAIT). ImmPort provides an open-access platform for sharing, archiving, and analyzing immunology, clinical trial, flow cytometry, and gene expression data from NIAID-funded studies — accessible to any registered researcher.
