CyTOF Upload Workflow

Template sequence

  1. treatments.txt
  2. reagents.CYTOF.txt
  3. If many reagents are commonly grouped together into sets → Reagent_Sets.txt (optional)
  4. experimentSamples.CYTOF.txt
  5. Upload your raw .fcs files
  6. If the derived data can be parsed into an ImmPort template → CyTOF_Derived_Data.txt (optional)

Upload these within the SAME upload package

treatments.txt, reagents.CYTOF.txt, (Reagent_Sets.txt if used), and experimentSamples.CYTOF.txt must be bundled together in one upload package — this constraint is stated on the diagram itself but not repeated on any individual template's reference page.

Notes

  • .fcs files and CyTOF_Derived_Data.txt can be uploaded after the core package, once experiment samples are registered and have accessions to reference.
  • Compare with Flow Cytometry — same overall shape, different assay.
