Template sequence

  1. treatments.txt
  2. reagents.HLA_Typing.txt
  3. experimentSamples.HLA.txt
  4. Upload your results file
  5. Can the results be parsed into an ImmPort template?
    • Yes → also upload the structured HLA_Typing.txt
    • No → done (raw results file only)

Upload these within the SAME upload package

treatments.txt, reagents.HLA_Typing.txt, and experimentSamples.HLA.txt must be bundled together in one upload package.

Notes

  • Unlike the ELISA-style assays, the raw results file is always uploaded; the structured HLA_Typing.txt template is an additional, optional step only when the results can be parsed into ImmPort's structured schema.
  • Same pattern as KIR Typing.
