1. treatments.txt
2. reagents.ELISPOT.txt
3. experimentSamples.ELISPOT.txt
4. Did you complete the results section of experimentSamples.ELISPOT.txt?
   • Yes (recommended) → done
   • No → upload ELISPOT_Results.txt separately

Upload these within the SAME upload package

treatments.txt, reagents.ELISPOT.txt, and experimentSamples.ELISPOT.txt must be bundled together in one upload package.

Notes

• Identical structure to ELISA, HAI, and QRT-PCR — only the assay-specific reagents/experiment-samples/results template names differ.
