Upload these within the SAME upload package

treatments.txt, reagents.Other.txt, and experimentSamples.Mass_Spectrometry.txt must be bundled together in one upload package.

Notes

  • Do not confuse with Proteomics Mass Spectrometry — same instrument family, different template and, notably, no reagents step in the Proteomics workflow.
