4. Did you complete the results section of experimentSamples.RNA_Sequencing.txt?
   • Yes (recommended) → continue to step 5
   • No → upload RNA_SEQ_Results.txt, then continue to step 5
5. Is your data also housed in a repository other than ImmPort?
   • Yes → upload PublicRepositories.txt
   • No → done

Upload these within the SAME upload package

treatments.txt, reagents.Sequencing.txt, and experimentSamples.RNA_Sequencing.txt must be bundled together in one upload package.

• The only assay workflow with two sequential decision points (results completeness, then external repository) — don't stop after the first "Yes" branch.
