Template sequence

4. Upload your results file
5. Can the standard curve data be parsed into an ImmPort template?
   • Yes → upload standardCurves.txt
6. Can the control sample data be parsed into an ImmPort template?
   • Yes → upload ControlSamples.txt
7. Can the results data be parsed into an ImmPort template?
   • Yes → upload MBAA_Results.txt

Upload these within the SAME upload package

treatments.txt, reagents.MBAA.txt, and experimentSamples.MBAA.txt must be bundled together in one upload package.

Notes

• MBAA has three independent optional branches (standard curves, control samples, results) — the most complex of the assay workflows. Each can be included or skipped independently of the others.
