  4. Upload your results file — done (no branching)

Upload these within the SAME upload package

treatments.txt, reagents.Other.txt, and experimentSamples.Other.txt must be bundled together in one upload package.

Notes

  • Use this workflow when your assay type doesn't match any of the other named flows. If you're unsure whether "Other" is appropriate, contact the ImmPort Helpdesk (mailto:ImmPort_Helpdesk@immport.org) before preparing your package.
