    This presentation will introduce Auto-MedCalc, and AI-powered, multi-agent framework designed to automate biomarker discovery and clinical risk score generation. Built using large language models and computational tools, Auto-MedCalc processes multi-modal, multi-source data from open-access transplantation studies in the ImmPort repository. This talk will highlight the system's architecture, key findings, and its implications for advancing clinical research.
